Remodeling is full of surprises, but your timeline shouldn’t be one of them. That’s why we enacted our Guaranteed Completion Date. With our detailed scheduling process, we keep things on track in a way that few others in our industry can match.

Change Orders
This allows for the utmost in communication!
No Surprise Change Orders
We believe in transparency up front. That’s why we open walls, climb in the attic, and crawl through the crawlspace before giving you a proposal. The more we uncover before the project starts, the less likely you’ll be surprised with change orders. What you see in your proposal is what you can count on.
Job Completion
Your project manager will schedule a final job walk-through with you to ensure all parties are happy with the end result. A follow-up site visit will be set up about four weeks after project completion. This is a "quality control" meeting to identify any issues that sometimes arise after you "move back in."
