David R. Domenichini | Founder/Owner
David R. Domenichini is owner and proprietor of D.R. Domenichini Construction and brings over 20 years of experience to his family owned and operated business. David has extensive training in construction principles and project management; has performed hundreds of remodeling projects over the years and enjoys making people's remodeling dreams come true. He understands that effective communication is imperative and he makes it a point to be readily available to answers client’s questions. David employs journeymen carpenters and hires only trade partners that meet his strict standards in terms of quality, reliability and efficiency.
David resides in San Martin with his wife, Gina. Together they opened up a new kitchen and bath showroom in downtown Morgan Hill, Studio 38 Designs which is managed by Gina. You will see both of them active throughout the community in various groups and supporting our local charities.


Corbin King | General Manager
Corbin King has been with D.R. Domenichini Construction since 2013. He started as an apprentice carpenter and has since worked his way up to General Manager. Corbin handles all things finance related and oversees the management team. He also engages with clients and visits job sites regularly to ensure that everyone is receiving the excellent service that they deserve. Corbin loves what he does and often forges new friendships with his clients.
Corbin lives in downtown Morgan Hill and enjoys being involved in the community. On the weekends, you can find him working on his 1970 Camaro, doing projects around his house, golfing, fishing, hiking, boating, and anything outdoors.

Trevor Fellows | Sales
Trevor Fellows has built his career around one core idea: the client experience matters just as much as the final product. With a background rooted in customer service and years immersed in residential construction and remodeling, Trevor now leads the sales side of D.R. Domenichini Construction, helping homeowners navigate complex projects with clarity and confidence.
Trevor grew up in Willow Glen and, after spending several years in Oregon, returned to the South Bay to be closer to family and continue building his career in the community he calls home. His energy, humor, and natural ability to connect with people help create an environment that feels both professional and approachable, something clients quickly recognize as different from the typical construction experience.
Outside of work, Trevor stays busy with his wife and three kids, often found camping, fishing, or exploring the outdoors together. When he is not chasing kids around or planning the next adventure, he enjoys playing guitar, working on home projects, and finding any excuse to be outside.


Tessa Husemann | Production Manager
Tessa grew up in Germany and later attended graduate school in Lyon, France, where she met her husband. In 2014, they moved to his hometown of Los Gatos, where they have since built their life together.
A self-taught builder, Tessa thrives on the challenge of creating beautiful, functional living spaces. What began as after-hours hands-on work quickly grew into a true passion, leading her to transition into construction full-time. Combined with her background in operations management, she brings both practical expertise and strong organizational insight to the DRD team.
Tessa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning and a Master’s degree in Conflict Management. Outside of work, she enjoys weekend adventures with her husband and their three young children.
Ana Livia Truesdell | Lead Estimator
Ana has been with DRD Construction for two years now, and as the Lead Estimator, she is constantly amazed by how much she learns every day. She finds it to be an incredibly rewarding journey!
Ana is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the construction industry and using that knowledge to provide valuable insights to clients. Every project presents a new opportunity to grow, and she’s always excited to bring fresh, innovative solutions to the table.


Pedro Borges | Estimator
Pedro was born on the small island of Terceira, Portugal before moving to California at the age of six. He attended school in San Jose through high school and later earned a degree in Construction Technology from San Jose City College. He began his career at D.R. Domenichini in 2019 as a tile assistant, before becoming part of the Estimating team. With hands-on experience in both fieldwork and estimation, Pedro possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in every stage of a construction project.
Ward Simonson | Project Manager
Ward, with a lifelong connection to the construction industry, he has spent over six years working as a general carpenter, giving him a hands-on understanding of every step in the process. Growing up in the Santa Cruz mountains, he’s always been passionate about bringing people’s visions to life, and as a Project Manager, he thrives on creating seamless, positive experiences for his clients. Ward’s commitment to his community is evident in his work, particularly when he helped rebuild homes after the CZU fire, offering support to many of his neighbors. He’s dedicated to understanding his clients’ needs and delivering results that exceed expectations.
Outside of work, Ward enjoys staying active—whether it’s dirt biking, hiking, camping, or playing basketball, he’s always ready to embrace the outdoors.

Octavio Vasquez | Carpenter
Octavio has been with D.R. Domenichini Construction since 2010. He is one of our Lead Carpenters. Octavio is very well versed and experienced in almost every trade. He enjoys spending time with his family and grandchild, hiking, cycling, reading, and watching basketball and soccer.


Ryan Devincenzi | Project Manager
Ryan brings over a decade of leadership experience as the former General Manager of the renowned Forbes Mill Steakhouse in downtown Los Gatos, where he built a reputation for delivering exceptional client experiences and managing complex, fast-paced operations. Today, he applies that same level of precision and care to construction—working closely with clients, coordinating moving parts, and ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys anything hands-on—especially woodworking and home-building projects—and is always looking for something new to create or improve. When he’s not building, you’ll likely find him on the golf course, enjoying both the challenge and the reset it brings.

Ricardo Valle Jimenez | Carpenter
Ricardo has been with D.R. Domenichini Construction since 2021 but worked alongside us prior to that for over 10 years. He is one of our Lead Carpenters. Ricardo is very well versed and has experience in almost every trade. He enjoys spending time with family, watching his son play football, skiing, camping, and watching the 49ers.
Marcos Sanchez | Carpenter
Marcos is a skilled carpenter and valued member of our field team. Now living in Gilroy, he says working with DRD has been a great experience thanks to the strong camaraderie, excellent leadership, and high standards that guide every project. Outside of work, Marcos enjoys staying active and spending his free time playing outdoor sports.
