D.R. Domenichini Construction would not be what we are today if it weren’t for our wonderful clients. Over the years, we’ve performed surveys and regular "check-ins" in an effort to improve and streamline our processes to cater towards making home remodeling an easy and comfortable process for those clients. That’s why we are proud to introduce our newest policy, which we call our Guaranteed Completion Date!

We’re Reducing a Common Frustration
We created this new policy because when we ask our clients what their main sources of frustrations are, the responses tend to be very similar: “We were told it would take (a certain amount of time), and it took almost double that!” We understand how frustrating it can be to have a plan, for example, to host your family for the holiday season and then find out later that your kitchen remodel won’t be done in time!
Your Project Is Completed as Scheduled, Or We Compensate You
Over the years, we’ve tailored our processes to address this exact issue, and we are happy to report it's been working out quite well! So well in fact that we’ve decided to launch our latest in a series of client-centric policies: the Guaranteed Completion Date. We are proud to announce that as of September of 2023, D.R. Domenichini Construction promises to have your project finished on the exact day it was scheduled to be completed, or your money back!*

*If we end up going beyond the finish date that was originally scheduled, we will give you a percentage of your project cost back to you, the homeowner, as compensation.
