Guaranteed No Change Order Policy

At D.R. Domenichini Construction, we stand by our word and our numbers. With our Guaranteed No Change Order policy, the price we agree upon in your signed proposal is the price you pay. That number is developed through a thorough pre construction process where every detail is carefully reviewed, measured, and accounted for before work begins. This ensures that your investment is clearly defined from the start, without the uncertainty that so often accompanies remodeling.

There are no surprise markups, no hidden costs, and no contractor initiated increases along the way. The only time the price would ever change is if you personally decide you would like to add or modify something beyond the original scope. In that case, any adjustment is clearly presented in writing and requires your approval before any additional work moves forward. You remain in complete control at all times.
